About Zumba® Kids
The goal of Zumba® Kids is to develop a healthy lifestyle, and to incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives, not just as a class they attend once a week. While exercise is indeed a very important element of childhood development, Zumba® Kids also considers other factors of the child’s development, such as:

◦ confidence
◦ self-esteem
◦ memory
◦ creativity
◦ coordination
◦ balance
◦ cultural awareness, to name but a few
Zumba® Kids can be practiced either in a class format or as after-school care. The class consists of kids friendly dance routines, games and themed activities and runs for 45 minutes.
Policies & Fees
Zumba® Kids is a fun, high-energy activity and I am thrilled to have you as a student. As with all classes, there are some rules which you should pay attention to. These rules are meant to ensure that classes run smoothly and are enjoyed by all students. If you have any questions about any of the rules below, feel free to ask me.

STUDENTS MUST HAVE FUN!!! ANYTHING LESS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! 😀
◦ Students must conduct themselves in appropriate manner and show respect to teacher and other students
◦ Disruptive and disrespectful students may be given time out if their behaviour affects other students' ability to participate in class and learn
◦ Students must wear appropriate and comfortable attire: Shorts, T-shirt, appropriate shoes (unless otherwise required by the school)
◦ Bring your own water bottle to every class
◦ Minor bumps and scratches are inevitable, but we make every effort to keep all children safe. Minor injuries receive appropriate first aid, and if an emergency, injury or illness occurs, you will be contacted as soon as possible
◦ Zumba with Luci is not responsible for any items lost during the class. We will make every effort to collect items left behind and bring them to the next class
◦ Preferably, parents should not stay in the hall during the class to avoid distraction of the kids. Your cooperation is very much appreciated
Price per term for after-school care: $130 per child.
The fee is non-refundable if the child misses the class.
